Quality: I ordered 3,000+ sound books, and about 50% were defective (itchy/distorted sound, broken buttons, poor finishing). I provided photos, videos proof from a random 152-unit inspection. We even had a signed agreement that defective items would be refunded. The supplier admitted the sound issue was caused by their own mounting design, but refused any refund.
I contacted Alibaba support within 60 days and followed their advice to first negotiate directly with the supplier. When I later escalated, Alibaba rejected the case on a technicality, ignoring my earlier documented contact. I acted in good faith and followed their instructions, yet I was punished for doing so.
The result: thousands of unsellable books, no refund, no protection. Both the supplier and Alibaba failed to honor clear evidence and agreements. Buyers should be warned that even with contracts and proof, Trade Assurance may not protect you.

To clarify, we only shipped the bulk order after you had provided written approval for the confirmation sample, including its sound, function, and finish. We believed we had an agreement on the product standard.
We understand that you had concerns upon receipt. In the spirit of maintaining our positive cooperative relationship, we did attempt to negotiate in good faith.
While we must respect Alibaba's final decision, we remain open to discussing a solution. Please feel free to contact us directly.
